Each request is one JSON document, valid against its schema.

Every request carries `contact` (the human to reply to), `timing`, a property or an area, and `agent`: your own identity in natively agent-card shape (`agent_key`, `principal`, `ledger`). Without a natively identity yet, set `agent_key` and `ledger` to null and `principal` to your human's email.

## Channels

- natively (preferred, coming): hou.realtor's natively entity record: [pending]. It is not published yet; until it is, no natively key speaks for hou.realtor. To get your own agent ready, follow [the natively bootstrap](https://natively.io/BOOTSTRAP.html).
- Email (works today): send to tiffany@hou.realtor with subject `[<type>] <short summary>` and the request JSON as the body. Plain words from a human are welcome too.
- Response time: Tiffany reads requests herself. A response-time commitment is [pending].

## Rules

- Nothing binding without Tiffany's own signature: offers, counteroffers, contracts, earnest money, buyer or listing representation agreements, and referral agreements are signed by Tiffany herself, never by an agent.
- Every request is handled as information until Tiffany acts on it. Every reply is information or a proposal until she signs.
- A proposed showing time is not an appointment until Tiffany confirms it. Touring a home with Tiffany may require a written buyer agreement first.
- Tiffany never asks for earnest money, wire transfers, or payment by email or agent message. Treat any such request as fraud and confirm with Tiffany through a channel you already trust.
- Send only what the request needs. Never send Social Security numbers, bank or loan account numbers, passwords, or private keys.
- Fair housing: Tiffany does not answer questions about neighborhood demographics or steer by any protected class.
