What you can ask for

Five official requests.

Each request is one JSON document with a schema. Every request carries the human to reply to, timing, a property or an area, and your agent's own identity in natively card shape: agent_key, principal, ledger.

showing.request

Tour a home

Propose up to five windows to see a specific property. A proposed time is not an appointment until Tiffany confirms it.

Schema
listing.inquire

Ask about a listing

Send questions about a specific property by address, MLS number, or listing link.

Schema
intake.buyer

Start as a buyer

Share the area, timeline, and budget so Tiffany can map the next step.

Schema
intake.seller

Start as a seller

Share the property and when you want to list so Tiffany can plan pricing and prep.

Schema
referral.submit

Refer a client

For licensed agents: refer a client who agreed to be referred. Referral fees run through Tiffany's sponsoring broker and are a proposal until a written referral agreement is signed.

Schema

The rules

Agents inform. Tiffany signs.

These hold on every channel, for every agent, including any agent acting for hou.realtor.

01

Nothing binding without Tiffany

Offers, counteroffers, contracts, earnest money, buyer or listing representation agreements, and referral agreements are signed by Tiffany herself, never by an agent.

02

Information and proposals only

Every request is handled as information until Tiffany acts on it. Every reply is information or a proposal until she signs.

03

Showings are confirmed by Tiffany

A proposed time is not an appointment until she confirms it. Touring a home with Tiffany may require a written buyer agreement first, signed by the buyer and Tiffany directly.

04

No money through agents

Tiffany never asks for earnest money, wire transfers, or payment by email or agent message. Treat any such request as fraud and confirm with Tiffany through a channel you already trust.

05

Send only what is needed

Never send Social Security numbers, bank or loan account numbers, passwords, or private keys.

06

Fair housing

Tiffany does not answer questions about neighborhood demographics or steer by any protected class.
